You bring the clinical depth. We’ll build
the rest.

Leela Mental Health is a growing practice rooted in cultural fluency and clinical rigor. We are looking for clinicians who understand that the work is relational — and that the room has to fit the person in it.

What Clinicians Find Here

What joining
Leela looks like.

A small practice with a specific clinical point of view, W-2 employment, real supervision, and room to grow. That is what Leela offers. Compensation details are discussed during the interview — what you see here is the honest shape of the work.
01

Clinical supervision

Associates receive individual and group supervision from Moitreyee Chowdhury, LMFT / LPCC. Structured, active, and documented. Hours may count toward California BBS licensure requirements.

02

Cultural training

Training in culturally responsive care is provided within the practice — for South Asian, East Asian, and multicultural communities. It is built into the clinical work, not treated as a separate module.

03

Learning built in

Group clinical consultation and peer case discussion are part of how the practice runs. Licensed clinicians have opportunities to pursue continuing education. The expectation is ongoing learning — in the clinical work and in the practice itself.

04

Room to grow

Leela is early in its build. Clinicians who join now are part of shaping what this practice becomes — the clinical culture, the client base, the team. That means real opportunity for growth in contribution and compensation over time.
