Leela Mental Health is an outpatient therapy practice at 220 California Ave, Palo Alto, with telehealth across California. We see children from age 5, teens, adults, couples, and families for anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, ADHD, grief, and perinatal concerns. Care is provided by licensed clinicians and registered associates under supervision. Sessions in English, Spanish, Hindi, Bengali, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Who to send us

Children and teens, from age 5
School refusal, anxiety, OCD, ADHD, grief, divorce, big behavior at home.

Parents, with or without the child
We’ll meet a parent alone first. Useful when the child hasn’t agreed to therapy yet.

Families
Sibling conflict, co-parenting after separation, grandparents in the home, two sets of rules under one roof.

Adults and couples
Anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, trauma, grief. Perinatal, fertility, IVF. Relationship repair and divorce.

When culture and language are in the room
The teen interpreting for her own mother. The parent who agrees to therapy for the child but not themselves. Sessions in English, Spanish, Hindi, Bengali, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
